How does Rephraser work?

Rephraser is simple and straightforward:

  • Write/copy or paste your text onto the Rephraser text box on our website and the rephrased text will appear in the textbox opposite. Alternatively, you can download our free chrome extension to your browser and Rephraser’s editing services will work on almost any webpage text box.
  • Our unique AI technology will then instantly rephrase your text, fixing any grammar, spelling, and stylistic errors. The rephrased edits will appear highlighted in green on the rephrased text, and in red on the original text. To view your original text, simply hover over the rephrased text.
  • Then accept all changes and delete the highlighting by clicking on the R icon in the text box.


Who can benefit from the service?

What payment options are available?

  • Our Basic subscription allows users to use our service free of charge for up to 10,000 words per month.
  • Rephraser Plus enables users to use from 10,000 words up to 50,000 words monthly at $10 per month.
  • Rephraser Pro allows users to use 50,000 to 500,000 words monthly at $100 per month.
  • Rephraser Enterprise/API access. Contact us for a tailored subscription.


Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

All subscriptions can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.

Are the words used based on the original or edited text?

The words used are based on the number of words in the original text.

How can I track the words used on my monthly subscription?

The number of remaining words is represented in MY ACCOUNT. We will also send you an email when you have only 20% of words remaining in your account.

What happens when my account reaches zero words but the month isn’t yet over?

You can renew or change your subscription.

How can I add a multi-user account for my team?

  • Register for a business account.
  • Once you save changes to your account, TEAM will appear on your menu.
  • Click on TEAM and invite users to your account by adding their emails to the relevant field.
  • They will then receive an invitation to their account and will need to login from inside the email and create a password to register.
